AEW: Fight Forever เป็นเกมแนวมวยปล้ำแฟรนไชส์ใหม่ที่พัฒนาโดย Yuke's ผู้สร้างเกมซีรีส์ WWE 2K ของทาง 2K Games มาตั้งแต่ WWE 2K14 จนถึง WWE 2K19 โดยตัวเกมจะผสมผสานระหว่าง เกมมวยปล้ำแบบอาร์เขต, โชว์ All Elite Wrestling อันน่าตื่นเต้น และท่วงท่าการเคลื่อนไหวต่อเนื่องอันรุนแรง

สำหรับ All Elite Wrestling คือค่ายมวยปล้ำน้องใหม่มาแรงของวงการที่มีโชว์ Dynamite (หรือ Wednesday Night Dynamite โชว์หลักที่ฉายวันพุธ) และ Rampage (โชว์รองที่ฉายในวันศุกร์) ออกฉายในช่อง TNT และ TBS ในสหรัฐอเมริกา ที่มีนักมวยปล้ำชื่อดังมากมายทั้งระดับตำนาน และหน้าใหม่เข้ามาลงสังเวียน และ AEW: Fight Forever จะนำเอาสุดยอดแห่งสุดยอดของนักมวยปล้ำเหล่านั้น เข้ามารวมตัวกันในเกมนี้เกมเดียว
